In order to succeed in today's fast-paced market, venture capital and private equity firms must understand the challenges facing their industries and work to encourage necessary change.

IVCA members are part of a community that influences the external impacts on the venture capital/private equity industry. IVCA provides access, information, and a voice for the professional venture capital/private equity investor. Service professionals provide education and information to investor members through direct interaction, event participation, and information sharing on the IVCA website.

The IVCA is comprised of firms and professionals dedicated to the development and growth of Illinois’ private equity community. As an IVCA member, you can aid in these efforts while enjoying numerous membership benefits, including:
