Applications Now Open: 2027 IVCA Scholars Program

Building on another successful year, applications for the IVCA Scholars Program for Summer 2027 are now being accepted. The program places selected undergraduate students with leading private equity and venture capital firms for a 10-week immersive experience that combines hands-on industry exposure, professional development, technical training, and a $10,000 scholarship upon successful completion.

In 2026, the program received a record 116 applications and placed 12 Scholars with host firms across Illinois' private capital ecosystem. Participating firms included Avathon Capital, BPOC, Exposition Ventures, Frontenac, Growth Catalyst Partners, OCA Ventures, Prairie Capital, Pritzker Private Capital, RoundTable Healthcare Partners, The Vistria Group, Victory Park Capital, and Water Street Healthcare Partners.

Together, the IVCA Academy and IVCA Scholars Program provide students with multiple pathways to explore careers in private equity, venture capital, and the broader investment industry.
