IVCA is accepting nominations for 2015 Individual Awards
IVCA is seeking nominations for our individual 2015 Awards presentations to be held on December 7th, 2015. 
 
Please send the name of your nominee to Kathy Pyne.  You will receive a follow up email with a request for background detail and 3 references for others who will support your nomination.  The actual nominating form for voting will be completed (with your input) by IVCA.
 
Please send your candidate's name and the Award you are nominating him/her for based on the criteria below:
 
Civic Contributions - Daley Award
  • Has directed significant effort toward improving our city, our state and the country.
  • A person who demonstrates the highest ethical standards on both a personal and professional level.
  • Has participated in the venture/private equity industry as an investor, service provider or academic.
 Investment Success - Golder Award
  • Is a recognized leader in venture/private equity investing.
  • Has a strong track record of investment results.
  • A person who demonstrates the highest ethical standards on both a personal and professional level.
  • A history of achievements that reflect high standards for him/herself and others.

Contribution to IVCA - Fellows Award

  • Has recognizable accomplishments working with IVCA in its mission of advocating, educating and promoting for VC/PE in Illinois.
  • A person who demonstrates the highest ethical standards on both a personal and professional level.
  • Has participated in the venture/private equity industry as an investor, service provider or academic.
Nominations will be accepted until Friday, July 24, 2015.
