IVCA Celebrates Completion of 2017 IVCA Scholar ProgramAugust 16, 2017 On August 17, IVCA will hold the closing ceremony for the 2017 IVCA Scholar Program. The program sponsored by Kirkland & Ellis, will be held from 4:00pm-6:00pm at 300 N. LaSalle Street. We congratulate our Scholars for their completion of the program! The IVCA Scholar Program is intended to improve VC/PE industry diversity by exposing students from under-represented groups to career options in the venture capital/private equity industry. Students work at a venture capital or private equity firm and participate in informational sessions at firms that provide services to VC & PE investors (accounting, valuation, legal, consulting etc.) as well as taking part in the Toastmasters program.
