CHICAGO - “ Individual tickets are still available to purchase for the 2008 IVCA Awards Dinner. The cost per individual ticket is $325. This includes:

5 p.m.: Cocktail reception
6 p.m.: Dinner and awards presentation
8:30 p.m.: Dessert reception

The cost per table (with seating for 10 people) is $3,000. This includes:

The 2008 IVCA Annual Awards Dinner, which is presented by Kirkland & Ellis LLP, will be held on Dec. 8, 2008 at the Four Seasons Hotel Chicago. Join us in honoring the 2008 awardees:
  • Keith L. Crandell, co-founder and managing director of ARCH Venture Partners and chairman of the IVCA, July 2006 to Dec. 2007, recipient of the Fellows Medal.
  • Kevin R. Evanich, partner and senior member of the Kirkland & Ellis LLP Corporate Group, recipient of the Stanley C. Golder Medal.
  • Richard L. Thomas, retired chairman, First Chicago NBD Corp. and the First National Bank of Chicago, recipient of rhe Richard J. Daley Medal.
