The Study presents an analysis of more than 2,100 private-target M&A industry acquisitions valued at more than $460 billion that closed between 2017 and 2022 with most of these M&A deals not required to be publicly reported. Erin Kirchner and Kester Spindler , Cooley LLP , will share insights and cases directly related to PE and VC deals that make this timely learning experience unique.
